The NED Show is coming! Tuesday, September 25th
The NED Show visits 2 million students every year across the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. The assembly teaches and encourages the students to develop positive attitudes and gives them strategies to do their best every day!
This "pay-it-forward" assembly offers yo-yo's to the students to purchase and makes it possible for the NED Show to visit the next school.
High profile acts of violence can be traumatic for students as they struggle to understand their feelings of fear, worry, anger, and sadness. And they look to adults for information and guidance on how to react. The tips, articles, and resources gathered here provide expert advice about anticipating and answering questions about scary news events; ideas on working with parents who may also be struggling to answer their children’s questions; and information on the warning signs that indicate a child is struggling emotionally.
